Gymnastics/Cheer Party - The Rules

Your party includes one and a half hours in the gym with two B.G.A qualified coaches and half an hour in the party room. You will need to clean the party room before leaving to ensure that the next party will be able to enter the room on time. If the room is not left in satisfactory condition for the next user, your holding cheque will be cashed.

• Planet Gymnastics will provide a British Gymnastics qualified coach for your party.

• Planet Gymnastics coaches carry Civil Liability and Personal Accident Insurance.

• Children must wear appropriate clothing for gymnastics

i.e. leotards, leggings, shorts, tracksuit bottoms, t shirts.

• No zips / buckles please.

• Long hair to be tied back.

• No jewellery or watches.

• Planet Gymnastics will provide tables and seating for your refreshments.

• Planet Gymnastics will also provide party invitations

• You must provide adequate supervision whilst the children are having their refreshments and to deal with any toilet runs etc.

• You may put up any balloons and banners you require.

• We ask that you tidy away any rubbish at the end and clear up any

spillages etc. PLEASE DO NOT leave rubbish inside the building or at   the front of the building.

• You MUST make us aware of any medical conditions.

• Please do not enter the gym until the party organiser calls your party in.

• All children and parents who will be in attendance during the party will need to be present for the rules de-brief at the start of the party.

• Please ensure that you have contact details for each of the children in the party so that family can be contacted in case of emergency.

• Please do not use sparklers on the birthday cake as it sets off the fire alarm.

Gym Rules

• Food, drinks and outdoor shoes are prohibited inside the gym.

• Children must wear suitable attire. NO dresses/ jeans or jewellery

• Children should not wear socks in the gym.

• Hair must be tied back, where possible.

• We will allow baby carriers in the gym but prams or buggies are not permitted.
