
ADULT GYMNASTICS
These sessions are structured under the guidance of qualified and very experienced coaches and use all equipment. This class caters for complete beginners to advanced ex-gymnasts wanting some exercise to keep fit and to see what they can still achieve!
Classes include a warm up, Basic skills tuition, Free time, & Aerobic/Circuit Training
Monday & Wednesday* 8-9:30
* Wednesday classes will not run through summer from 30th June - 8th September.
