Parent and Toddler class supervised by a CRB checked British Gymnastics Coach. Activities include Free play, Parachute, Hand Apparatus, Games, Obstacle Courses, Songs, Free Play, Inflatable air track, Fast track Trampoline, Bars, Balance Beam, Sprung Floor & Movement to Music.
This class is a fun and informal class which requires Parent/Carer participation. It is an opportunity for Parent/Carer & child to interact and communicate with each other. This class is not a structured class and parent/carer must supervise their children at all times. Tea/coffee/squash will be availiable free of charge in this class but it must not be taken into the gym.

LITTLE ROCKETS PRE-SCHOOL
A 1 HOUR
STRUCTURED CLASS FOR CHILDREN AGED 3-5. CHILDREN ATTEND THIS CLASS INDEPENDENTLY OF PARENTS AND FOLLOW THE BRITISH GYMNASTICS PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAMME. THE CLASSES ARE LED BY PRE-SCHOOL COACHES AND ENCOURAGE YOUR CHILDREN TO DEVELOP BASIC MOTOR SKILLS IN A SAFE AND FUN ENVIRONMENT. SONGS AND MUSIC ARE USED AS PART OF THE WARM UP.

MINI MOVERS
A STRUCTURED DANCE SESSION FOR CHILDREN AGED 3-5YEARS. RUN BY OUR RESIDENT DANCE TEACHER CHILDREN LEARN THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF DANCE AND MOVEMENT TO MUSIC IN A SAFE AND FUN ENVIRONMENT. INCORPORATES BASIC BALLET MOVEMENTS, POP AND JAZZ STYLE DANCING TO POP MUSIC AND DISNEY TUNES

A two hour combined gymnastics and dance session. 1 hour of structured gymnastics tuition followed by an hour of pop/contemporary dance. Led by ‘West end’ performer and qualified Gymnastics/Dance instructor Natalie Morgan.
