Planet Gymnastics Ltd provides Gymnastics and Dance tuition for all ages, from babies to adult. Planet Gymnastics also provides CSSIW registered after school club care, including school pick up and a gymnastics lesson and holiday fun in our fantastic fully equipped Gymnastics and Dance centre. A family run business, Planet Gymnastics puts its emphasis on participation for all and excellent service and tuition for all the family.

New members attend the General Gymnastics/Pre-school classes which are held at convenient times from Monday to Saturday. From these classes our qualified coaches who have experience in talent identification can select those children who have a particular aptitude for flexibility and strength to transfer to our development/phases squads. However all children are encouraged to progress through the system to the improver levels at their own rate and work through the British Gymnastics awards scheme.

Development squads prepare the children for later transfer into the many disciplines of gymnastics such as Girls and Boys Artistic Gymnastics and Tumbling. There are currently several members in Welsh Development Squads.

At Planet Gymnastics we acknowledge the benefits of sport and exercise for all. Participation in our programme allows children to learn concentration, hard work, sportsmanship and teamwork and develops self-esteem, self-confidence and a self belief. Children have the opportunity to expand their social network whilst keeping active and fit.

Planet Gymnastics opened in January 2009 and provided a new home for Cardiff Olympic Gymnastics. It is a family run facility, that is passionate about Gymnastics, Performing Arts and Dance. The management team include an ex Welsh International Gymnast and two professional accomplished West End theatre performers.

Planet Gymnastics offers classes for babies up to adults including - General Gymnastics, Teen Gym, Cheerleading, Street Cheer, Tumbling, Parkour, Artistic Gymnastics, Adult Gymnastics and Parkour and Pre-school and toddler Gymnastics.

We offer in excess of 100 years coaching experience and boast coaches who have represented Wales in Gymnastics and trampolining and professional 'West End' theatre performers. This expertise and experience allow us to encourage and train your child to reach their full potential. Over the last 60 years we have continued to produce Welsh & GB international gymnasts and consistently update our programme to include new trends and provide the best coaching and facilities for all members.

Planet Gymnastics boasts an extensive pro-sport shop, the only one of its kind in the area. The shop sells leotards, t-shirts, personalised shorts, grip bags, handguards, wristbands, chalk, gymnastic novelties, dancewear, cheerleading items and fancy dress/costumes. Leotard prices start from as little as £13 and can be personalised or designed and made to your design.
