Planet Gymnastics Ltd is Cardiff’s Premier Performing Arts, Cheerleading and Gymnastics centre. Planet Gymnastics is a unique centre where children and adults can participate in a variety of activities under one roof. We provide an exceptional and fun training facility for students in Performing Arts, Cheerleading and Gymnastics.

At Planet Gymnastics we acknowledge the benefits of sport and exercise for all. Participation in our programme allows children to learn concentration, hard work, sportsmanship and teamwork and develops self-esteem, self-confidence and a self belief. Children have the opportunity to expand their social network whilst keeping active and fit.

Planet Gymnastics is the home of Cardiff Olympic Gymnastics Club which was founded in 1948 and is the longest established ladies artistic gymnastics club in Wales. Cardiff Olympic Gymnastics club provides inclusive gymnastics opportunity for all ages in a fun active environment and currently has over 400 members, several of which who are in the Welsh Gymnastics squad.

Planet Gymnastics and Cardiff Olympic work together to provide seven days of activity and coaching for children and adults. We ensure that each child reaches their true potential. We offer in excess of 100 years coaching experience and boast coaches who have represented Wales in Gymnastics and trampolining and professional 'West End' theatre performers.
